Validate cell value- format (for use in Password)

Hi Guys,

I want to create a validation for the string format entered in a cell, to be used as a Password. Let say combination of capital letter, a number and other characters such as "!@#$%^&*()_+", the minimum lenght is 6 and the maximum lenght is 10.

This validation will invoke evrytime they change the value of column E

I solve it icluding with the french letters. Thanks.
