VBA to copy picture on click from another sheet not functioning

Hi everyone,

I am trying to make a code that will select a picture based on a selection in a certain cell. If they select cell D2 to be Albany, I would like the code to pull the picture Albany_Market from sheet misc.

Picture_Delete is another subroutine which deletes the picture currently in the spot.

The code worked fine when it was executed on a button, but when I tried to have it executed on a cell change (D2) it does not work. I am wondering what I have done wrong?
