Move next value to the desired cell in a row ignoring blank cells in between

Hi

I have survey data in which each column represent a question and each row is a respondent. Not every respondent is required to answer each question so we have many blank cells in a row and response may come after 5 or 6 column and then again few blank cells and again another response (so respondent id is in A2 and response could be in F2, H2 and Z2). What I am interesting is if I can bring every response in a row next to each other so don't have blank cells in between (so in above example I want to bring values, which could be text or numbers, in B2 ( for F2), C2 (H2) and D2 (Z2)). And I have to repeat this for each row i.e. for each respondents. I am nor sure how to record/develop macro for this as in each row blank cells are different places. Any help in this regard would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
