VBA code running in wrong order and not executing properly

    Lightbulb VBA code running in wrong order and not executing properly

    Can anyone see any errors in the below code?? Not only are the dialog boxes not coming up as they appear in this VBA top-to-bottom, but the files selected in the Open File dialogs are not opening as requested either! Any issues you can spot? Not seeing any error messages or runtime stops :

    Thanks for this but apologies, I don't think I was clear - the macro is supposed to *open* the two files selected, and shouldn't move on to the second one until the file is open (I'm going to insert some formatting code on the active sheet before it moves on to the second data file dialog).

    Welcome to the forum.

    Based on your last post it seems that you are satisfied with the solution(s) you've received but you haven't marked your thread as SOLVED.
