Copying a sheet to the end of a workbook

I have code here that copies a sheet from the workbook to the end of workbook renames it and clears the data from the original sheet copied the problem is it clears the content in the copied sheet also.

Here is a copy of the workbook the macro is called CopyRename. I would hope this helps explain what the code does.

Oops, no attachment.
To Attach a File:

1. Click on Go Advanced
2. In the frame Attach Files you will see the button Manage Attachments
3. Click the button.
4. A new window will open titled Manage Attachments - Excel Forum.
5. Click the Browse... button to locate your file for uploading.
6. This will open a new window File Upload.
7. Once you have located the file to upload click the Open button. This window will close.
8. You are now back in the Manage Attachments - Excel Forum window.
9. Click the Upload button and wait until the file has uploaded.
10. Close the window and then click Submit.

OOPS! It has been a long day to say the least. Here is the attachment.

What I would like to do is copy the information each month from the Reports sheet and add another worksheet name it whatever month the data was collected from and store it in the workbook. Can I paste it with special formats? Will the code clear the data anyhow? The Reports sheet has links to the other sheets in the workbook.
Does anyone have any other suggestions of how I could possible accomplish this task?
