Schedule Excel to open file, print sheets, close file

I have a manager's sign-in sheet that I have to print on a certain day and have it ready for the managers before every Monday. Sometimes I forget to print the sheets on that certain day. So, my question is "Is it possible for the Excel file to open, print certain sheets, and close the file itself"?
