Copying worksheet with pivot tables into new workbook, pivot tables not moving with it?

A collegue has asked me to combine their workbook into mine to make a single document. when I copy their worksheet into mine and run the macro below it does not work.

    Run time error '1004'
That command connot be performed while a protected sheet contains another PivotTable report base on the same source data.

To remove protection from the sheet that has the other report, click the sheet tab, and then click Unprotect sheet. Then try again.

I have tried it with the protection on and off and it still does not work.
