    Convert Autofilter range to values

    In my worksheet I have tons of formulas (mainly VLookups), for thousands of rows. Each day, if the stars align just right, some of the values in column 10 will change to "Completed". If "Completed" is found, I'd like that row to be converted to values. Since my worksheet has thousands of lines, I figured an autofilter would be the fastest solution, but I can't figure how to convert the "Completed" rows to values. Below is my macro attempt, which is a "Before Close" macro:
