Macro to auto adjust row height

Hi

I am absolutely new to the world of macro. I do not understand coding, but i love excel and have an analytical mindset. I have a form in excel where i want to auto adjust certain row height. They are set to wrap text, where the text is a v look up from another work sheet. I need to ensure that the macro auto adjust the row , wraps texts and extends the row height automatically. I tried to understand similar examples in this forum but i couldnt replicate them in my file . PLease help me. Do i need to upload the file ?

please find attached file. I want rows e32 onwards till the table ends to to be auto adjusted . The description cell is a vlookup.

Let me know if anything else is required

I doubt if this really requires a macro. you can achieve the result in the below 2 steps

1. select all of the cells to be adjusted (e32-e40 in your case), Click wrap text button

1. Go to the left of column A(where the row numbers are written) and double click with the cells still selected the row heights will be automatically adjusted.

I am attaching the snapshot for your reference. Now why i doubt this requires a macro is because even for running the macro you'll have to go to the menu and run it which is as good as performing the above two simple steps. Pl. let me know if I have understood your question wrongly and additional actions are needed to be performed on the cells.
