Dynamically generate browse button based on week ending

Hi All -

I have a unique requirement and not sure if it is feasible but here is what I want to do:

For any month I would like to attach files (these are going to be excel files) based on how many weekends falls in that month.

I am attaching a sample file on what I would like to do.
