Copy and paste cell contents using a button

Good afternoon all,
Im in the process of setting up some for of room booking table, ive got so far and hit a brick wall. I'm trying to copy the data (the booking code) in one cell of a worksheet to numerous other cells of the workbook (the dates on which the room is to be booked).
I have worked out all the addresses of the cells to be "filled" and am struggling with the actual act of filling them. Ideally this would be achieved using a command button but I'm open to suggestions, I have next to no experience using vba so feel free to tell me to go away if this isn't possible.
This is what i have so far:

• The room is selected from a drop down list
• The booking code to be copied is to be typed into a cell next to the command button
• The locations of the other cells are all calculated and defined in a row of cell on a second worksheet

In the attached file:

• The Room selection happens in !Room Matching G7
• The booking code is inputted in !Room Matching H7
• The location data for the cells to be filled is in row 5 on !Recuring Bookings

Hopefully somebody will be able to help, as I feel like I'm banging my head against a wall.
