Auto. Transfer error code to next sheet (Excel 2007)

Good morning everyone,
I have just switched to 2007 and my 2003 doesn't seem to be working. I am trying to get my transfer to work with no success.
This code is supposed to transfer automatically the info in my “Report” sheet meaning no pause. Once I insert a number then it will right away match the Column A then Add the number to that row but in my sheet “Report”

Just don't know why this is not working as it used to work in 2003...
