Copy variable data from multiple sheets into separate sheet when cell value greater than 0

Is there anyone who can help me with this? I cannot for the life of me figure this out and need this spreadsheet working asap for my boss. Please help!!

I have 4 sheets that need data automatically copied (starting at Sheet1,Sheet2,Sheet3,Sheet4 A4:G4) into the 5th sheet (starting at A5:F5) only when the value of cells (Sheet1 E4:E53, Sheet2 E4:E56, Sheet3 E4:E55, Sheet4 E4:E57) are greater than 0.

I've tried the Advanced Filter option, but can't get it to work and I don't know macros very well.

I have a dummy_before and dummy_after attached.

Any help is very much appreciated!!!
