Hide rows from selection in drop down menu

I am working with Excel 2010

When a user selects RENEWAL QUOTE from the following choices in a drop down menu;
QUOTE TYPE
SALES QUOTE
EVALUATION QUOTE
RENEWAL QUOTE

I heed to hide rows 16 to 31

The drop down menu is in cell C2 which is a merged cell (C2, C3, D2, D3)
