Macro to move data from one format to another for timesheet view

    Hi

I have worked on some exported data from a timesheet system to get it to a point where I am nearing the end & the hardest part! I would like a macro if possible, to run through the timesheet data & move it into one line per client project, per employee, for a week. The trouble is, there is no consistency between number of entries for a day, employee, project or client, so the VBA coding research I've done hasn't really been helpful to what I hopefully can get Excel to do. I have a thought on the data structure required for this, but I'm now thinking there may be a better way from some new input from others.

I have attached an example of what the ending timesheet result I need with some different scenarios. I have also attached my spreadsheet that has the current data layout, & the required (maybe, maybe not) layout to then transpose the data into a form. I have tried using pivot tables, but it isn't really giving me what I need.

If anyone can help at all, it would be greatly appreciated....I'm coming to my VBA coding limits! I'm on Excel 2003 if you need to know.

    Thanks
    Terri

Please note - the Client_Project column is not required to be in the final data, I was just using it to sort the data.
