Creating User Defined Lists from a Larger Database

Hello All,

I'm hoping that someone can help me figure out the error of my ways. The attached example spreadsheet will help show what I am trying to achieve. The idea is to have a Database sheet (in this example Sheet1) and a List Compilation Page (in this example Sheet2). By changing only the highlighted cells in Sheet2 you will compile a list of the selected information.

Yes, this can all be done using the sort functions, but I am dealing with a much larger database in reality and need to be able to make custom lists very quickly and keep the operation very simple for the end user.

My current problem is with the Module code which searches for the "Return Type" in the "Search By" (defined in C1 and C2 on Sheet2) column and then returns the corresponding "Unique Identifier" from column A in Sheet1.

I clearly have my VBA trainer wheels on, so I would appreciate any suggestions/advise.
