Adapt A Sumif Macro to A Vlookup Macro

Hi,

I have this sumif macro -

Which works fine but I want to adapt it to make a seperate sub routine that does a vlookup -

This is the formula

=VLOOKUP(H4,'Stock Report'!$AN$2:$AP$13723,3,FALSE)"

This is my effort to change the macro but I just can't seem to get it right!
