Question How to Highlight Max and Min Values in a Pivot Chart and Format Other Values with VBA?

    Hi all,

I want to highlight the Maximum and the Minimum value on a Pivot chart (lines: as in the image below) and additionally I want to change the color of the columns that are below the average to another color. I know how to do this in a normal chart but I have not succeeded in a Pivot Chart.

The Pivot Chart is not in the same Excel Sheet as the table and I prefer to fetch the information directly from the Pivot Table results as the source of information has a lot of data.

So far I was able to calculate the max and min value but not to highlight it in the chart. I am using Excel 2010

    Any suggestions?

    Regards,

    Hi,

I uploaded the Excel file that I am using, I was able to calculate the max value and highlight (format) the label but I could not do it for the minimum value and I think it is not an "elegant" solution.

    Thanks for your help.
