Set Decimal Places in accordance to different set of value

I am Bell. Nice to meet you all.This is my first post. A bunch of thanks to you all in advance for assisting me to resolve my problem.

Currently I am working out an excel with Macro. Below is my difficulty I am encountering:

Column A and Column E are interdependent with each other.

Column A value: 201-231

Column E:
maximum of 2 decimal places if column A value >206
maximum of 6 decimal places if column A value <206
All the decimal places are rounding up for all the values.

Enclosed is the sample of the excel.
