In A2 there is a cell with time, e.g., 14:29

Interestingly, no matter how many times I tried, the result is always 20, which means test2 always go first.
    Anybody has any idea?

if the code is like this, then test1 always go first.
which means the later the OnTime method is used. the earlier it will go.

However, I am wondering what will happen if the first sub is really large and takes a very long time? Will the second sub be started before the first is finished or will wait till the first has finished? I am not sure how to test this feature.
