Formulas are pasting with references back to original workbook.

I am writing a macro to create individualized workbooks based on filtering a specific field, but when it copies and pastes the data it is referencing the original file, which obviously won't work since when we email the new workbooks to these individuals they will not have the original file open. How do I paste a range such that the formulas paste "as is" without references?
