VBA. Change interior colour between column A to column O as per values in column E

Below is the code that I currently have.

This code changes the interior colour based on the values in Column E. Currently this affect the entire row. I would like to edit this VBA so it would only the cells in range col A to col O (so it wouldn't colour the entire row).

As always I have included workbook with sheets "before" and "after". The desired outcome is on sheet "after".

Any help is greatly appreciated.
