hi. anyone can help me to check what problem in my userform?

i have total 3 form in the workbook. i have 1 listbox to store my data. when i add the new data, it will appear in the name in the listbox. i link the list box to another form call database. when i click on the data, the database form appear but it can't capture the data that i had just key in using register form. it will only appear the detail whenever i select the A2 cells in the excel sheet.

anyone can help me to solve this? really appreciate. another problem would be the search box. it is possible to make the search box capture info from the listbox? Expert please help me.
