Cross reference requiring a complex output

Hi I am trying to help a friend of mine who is a planner by helping him to automate some of his work.

He has a list of products with a list priorities that product can be made from. (see the first sheet attached- Green cells are the priority numbers)

However not all the raw materials are available all the time when the product is required. (see the schedule sheet)

The marco is then require to match the raw material based on priority to the product and carry over any surplus raw material over to the next time slot. (refer to the output Sheet)

Then the raw material used needs to be recorded and the amount used, before matching the above loop for the next product.

in total he has 55 bits of raw material and 500+ products

Thanks for any help or advice.

    See the example attached.
