    Combining Multiple Workbooks Into One

Hi, I wonder whether someone may be able to help me please.

Firstly, I have to admit that VB is not my strongest subject, but I'm willing to learn.

I've been able to find a solution (below) which I use to allow the user to copy and paste data from multiple workbooks to a Master sheet.

The copy and paste functionality works fine, but I've come across a few problems which I've not been able to find a solution for, which I'm wondering whether someone may be able to help me with please.

    • As I said the copy/paste functionality works fine, but when I add the second, third file etc, all of the previously pasted data is overwritten. Could some perhaps tell me please how I may go about changing the code so that rather than overwriting the existing data in the Destination file, the code looks for the last blank row before pasting the new data into the spreadsheet?

    • In the macro I'm using this section of code to copy a specific range of cells.

Please Login or Register to view this content.
Unfortunately there are two ranges that I would like to copy from . Could someone perhaps tell me please how I could amend the code to include 2 ranges, these being A:AJ and AL:AY?

    • In it's current state the macro copies and pastes all the data values and cell formatting. Could someone perhaps tell me please how I may go about changing the macro so that it only pastes the values for each cell and in addition those cells that have a fill color number 36 and a comment?

Any help would be so gratefully appreciated.

    Many thanks and kind regards
