Print odd and even pages with different margins (duplex printing)

I am trying to print different margins for the odd pages, and the even pages, from an Excel document with 50+ pages. I am printing on both sides of the paper with a duplex printer and need the left margin greater than the right margin to allow for the pages to be bound into a long edge, left-side-bound booklet. I am not very experienced with VBA, and have searched exhaustively for a solution in the posts here and elsewhere before posting this. Although I found one solution (posted on Ozgrid Excel Help in answer to a post from Mikeburg, 15 June 2006), I have been unable to get that to work.

I am using Excel for Mac 2011.
Printing on A4.
The document has headers and footers.

The margins need to be:

ODD PAGES
Top: 2.2098 cm
Bottom: 2.0066 cm
Left: 1.905 cm
Right: 0.7874
Header: 0.9906 cm
Footer: 0.9906 cm

EVEN PAGES
Top: 2.2098 cm
Bottom: 2.0066 cm
Left: 0.7874
Right: 1.905 cm
Header: 0.9906 cm
Footer: 0.9906 cm
