I want to create a macro to enable me to copy two columns of data from the beginning of a spreadsheet to the end of it (next available column). The Sheet is designed to accumulate and save information, whilst those it feeds off are reset every fortnight.
To avoid any errors once this is being used by other people (i.e clicking the button twice and repeating the process accidentally), I also want to limit the criteria for pasting by date. The spreadsheet in question has dates along the top (row 1), and feeds off another sheet which has WE end dates which are updated each time the spreadsheet is reset.
Can I set a formula in VBA which will enable me to 'Paste special, value only, to columns which date match a particular cell in Sheet1 (AH5 or BL5)?'
So far I've been using some code I found on another thread, and have been having a play with it (it didn't have paste special in the original, and I've changed the ranges). It works, but pastes the data wherever the cursor has been left..
I don't have a clue what I'm doing when it comes to VBA, so any help would be much appreciated.
Workbook attached.
Thanks,
