Copy data from one place to another without using clipboard?

Hi - I want to copy data from one chunk of a sheet to another.

This code works:

However, it seems to corrupt my clipboard every time it runs. Can anybody suggest an alternative method of achieving the same result?

Or if you want to specify what sheet if you have another sheet selected or want to copy from one sheet to antoher.

Rob - I need to specify the sheet. The second code snippet works great! (though it didn't at first as the destination and origin cells are flipped from what I intended - but that was fixed easily!)
