Splitting a row that has multiple columns into multiple rows..

Hello,

I need help doing the following in Excel 2010. any help is greatly appreciated! I have a spreadsheet that currently contains multiple groups, each group is listed in a row. The group name is always listed in column A and members of the group are listed in columns B through.... AA or sometimes AP depending pon how many members there are in each group...

Group1 Member11 Member12 Member13 Member14, ... Member1N
Group2 Member21 Member22 Member23
Group3 Member31 Member32..
GroupR MemberR1 MemberR2... MemberR3 MemberR4

I would like to rearrange the data as follows.

Group1 Member11
Group1 Member12
Group1 Member13...
Group1 Member1N
Group2 Member21
Group2 Member22
Group2 Member23
Group3 Member31
Group3 Member32...
GroupR MemberR1
GroupR MemberR2
GroupR MemberR3
GroupR MemberR4

In other words, I would like to take the group name and then pair it with each of its member and make that a separate row for each pair.
