Automatically change references on sheet copy

Hey all,

Not sure if this is possible or not, but here is the scenario....

I have a summary sheet I want to use as a template within a workbook. It has 3d formulas pointing to several different sheets within the same workbook. Two examples are

and

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

Is there anyway to automatically adjust every cell reference by one row on copying the sheet to the end of the workbook so that the two examples below would wind up as

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

and

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

There are hundreds of formulas on the template and manually changing them after a sheet copy can be very time consuming.
