Time value to read from cell reference

I have the following line of code in my workbook open procedure

I want the user to be able to change the Time by entering it in to cell H5 of Sheet14

Thought it would be as simple as changing

but no joy.

Can someone tell me where I am going wrong?

Or you can use this way:

How to mark a thread Solved
Go to the first post
Click edit
Click Go Advanced
Just below the word Title you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
Change to Solved
Click Save
