There is a list of names in our Global Address List called "APEN, members". There are over 1,000 members in that list. I'm trying to export the contents of that list as a csv. When you look at the properties of each member in that list, it shows about 15 fields but I would only like to capture the following fields: First, Last, Alias, City, State, Department. I hope that makes sense. Thanks.

I'm sorry, I misunderstood your request, I think you don't need VBA, you have to select the fields on Outlook Address book
Alright thanks for checking it out. I'm hoping that there is code that would do this for me - it would have to tie in to the Global Address list in Outlook so that I don't have to manually click on each member and type in their information one at a time. Thanks anyway.
I'm not using Outlook now, but I remenber it's possible to select ONCE the fields for exporting all the contacts
