VBA/macros compatibility problems between Excel 2003 and Excel 2010

I have an Excel file created with extensive use of VBA/macros. It was created on an XP/Office 2003 machine and worked fine. But using the same file on Win7/Office 2010 machines has mixed results: most respond with Run-Time error 28 (stack flow problem), but on some other machines (personal pcs) with same system the Excel file works fine.

Even on a machine with the same XP OS but new Office 2010 suite, the file fails to work.

Could hardware drivers be the cause of this issue?

Is is a specific piece of code causing the problem?

It's a reiterative copy/paste macro.
