OpenText with CSV not talking options

Hi!

I want to import a csv file, but skip the first row and set the data type to text

When I run the code below on a CSV file it does not care about the start on row 2 option but works as intended when I run it on the same csv file but rename it to a txt file. Can I get this code or something similar to do the same with a CSV file? Another obeject?

Perhaps a nice moderator could edit the thread name. I must have been very tired to miss it. Change it to Not accepting options or something similar.
