Can not work with macros in Excel... But works perfectly in Word

Hi

I can not work with macros in Excel.
Everything regaring VBA or macros is grayed...
But I have no problems in Word.

I have tried to enable macros and trust VBA etc. But no luck....

I also reinstalled both VBA and Excel but no luck
Attached is a picture with both Word and Excel running.

Any ideas ?

Solved...

I started Excel as administrator and under "excel Options/Customize ribbon" I activated "Developer"

Then I closed Excel and started Excel again as an ordinary user and voila... everything works.
