Vba to select variable fields in table and filter by variable criteria and display result

Hi there, - this is my first post and would be gratefull for any help.

With referance to the attached, what I would like to try and achieve, is to be able to select any 4 selectable fields from a table that has up to 30, and then filter those columns by putting in between 1 and 4 filter options.

Any help that can point me in the right direction will be appreciated.

If I could also please ask, - if anyone is able to help would they mind annotating the steps so that I can learn and understand what is happening? - I last did programming 30 years ago ( yes.... that makes me an old ballie!!) but I have always kept up to speed in Excel - thanks a ton!!
