macro to copy cells with formulas and paste them as values

Hi there. I am very new to vba and in need of a macro that will copy two columns and paste them in another worksheet. Let me explain exactly:

I have data in a tab called "raw insert data" that is populated in column A & B by way of a query. This info could be all the way to row 5000 on certain occasions. I need a macro that will copy whatever is populated in these two columns and paste only the values into the same location on another sheet called "raw insert data-automated." I think it's pretty simple, I just don't know anything about vba. Any help would be appreciated. I'm using excel 2003.

    Thanks
