Cross check Sheets

I need help cross check two sheets.

In sheet1 colum A I have many referance numbers on prepayed assignments and in colum B is the amount they expect to pay (selfbilling).
In sheet2 colum A I have the referance number of assignments that i have done and in colum B the real cost of assignment.
What I want is in sheet3 is to cross check the referance number from sheet2 with sheet1 and find if there is any differance in prepaid and real cost. Many of the assignments are booked in the same selfbilling and each selfbilling have its own referance no. I put this in sheet1 colum C. If this also could be shown in sheet3 it would be great.

To find the difference between costs, you can try this formula in Sheet3!B column. Sheet3!A column has reference numbers.
