Trying to take this table and format it into a calender

I work for a school system. After much research and brain power, I finally was able to formulate a list of dates based on some of the reporting rules that we have for reporting referrals to special Education. What I want to do is have a school year length calender that would have all of the dates from July 2012 to the end of June 2013. IT can be one of those that has four rows and three columns with each month there. What I want is to display the second column of dates in the Calender UNDER the actual dates. I have no idea how to do this as my experience is somewhat limited with Excel but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Zenverak. I'm not sure what your desired outcome is but I was wondering if you had seen the free Microsoft Excel templates.

Maybe one of these can help get you going?
