Clicking that open button from file download. My project contd...

Hi all.

I'm looking to click on the open button of a file download box presented while navigating IE

I have included some example code below...
*I'm not looking to take the send keys approach as I consider this messy.
*Also, this all has to be done using IE. I am aware that I could use urldownloadtofile and HTTP for file downloads.

This was originally some code I found on the internet, but I've been trying to get it to work for my situation...no luck yet :p

I am using IE9 and the download file window pops up with the title "Windows Internet Explorer"...

Any help is much appreciated.

...Ended up using send keys after all.

Seems fairly reasonable under the circumstances.
