Combine and Sum data in multiple rows if duplicate exists in 1 column

    So ive got:

    Company | Street | City | State | Amount
    John, Inc. | 125 Marshall Street | Philadelphia | PA | 125.00
    John, Inc. | 125 Marshall Street | Philadelphia | PA | 65.00
    John, Inc. | 125 Marshall Street | Philadelphia | PA | 130.00
    Mike's Co. | 5349 9th Street | Exton | PA | 45.00
    Mike's Co. | 5349 9th Street | Exton | PA | 66.00

and I want it to look like this:

    Company | Street | City | State | Amount
    John, Inc. | 125 Marshall Street | Philadelphia | PA | 320.00
    Mike's Co. | 5349 9th Street | Exton | PA | 111.00

How is it done? It will be on the tail end of a macros that does a bunch of other stuff.

    Thanks!!!

    Pivot table will do that.
Notice my main language is not English.

I appreciate the response, but Im not too keen on the pivot tables. I don't want to have to combine all the customer data into a single cell.

    Is there another way?

I was thinking like check for all cells that have the same data in one column (Customer Name), then combine all rows into one where the Currency columns are added together but the other text field columns just use the values from the first row of the duplicate set.

    Hope that made sense.
