Copy into a new worksheet, Save As, Close

Hi

I wish to set a macro for the user to click a button and then he can select where to save the file in and what name to save the file under. How do I do that?

instead of copying and pasting, could i just run a macro that automatically triggers the F12 button in excel?

You mean have a button that will activate the macro?

yes essentially i want a button that when pressed, when activate an action that is the same as file > save as. that is what f12 button does in excel.

I am at workplace so wont be able to upload the file having a button. Hope someone else picks this up.
