I'm new to VBA (unless it's recording a simple MACRO).
I have 4 separate folders, with 4 separate files (one tab in each file) and the title of the files change weekly. The columns are all the same in each file (A-S, A is usually blank and not needed so really B-S). However, the number of rows are always changing depending on the workload. I want to be able to run a macro that copies all 4 files into one master file (one tab only).
Folders: Chicago Central, Des Plaines, Joliet-Blue Island & Oak Brook
Files: Chicago **-** JWA's, DesPlaines **-** JWA's, Joliet-Blue Island **-** JWA's & OakBrook **-** JWA's (the **-** is the part that changes depending on the date/week). Once there is a new week the "old" file is moved to another folder and a new file is created.
Master file: Merged Drafting Workload (currently, I manually copy and paste the 4 files into the master file as needed).
Any help would greatly be appreciated.
