Sorry, but I really don't know what you need. I see a spreadsheet with a table in it. What else do you want. It's not clear to me.

i want to create a macro to insert the attached data table into spreadsheet.
i have some sets of data which have calculations based on the table in the spreadsheet i have attached. think of it as a reference table. i want to run a macro to insert that data table into a tab in a different spreadsheet so i can run some calculations.

Why a macro? Is it something you have to do that often? If you have both workbooks opened, it is easy to copy this specific tab to the other opened workbook containing your sets of data.
Yes i use the table quite a lot. It would be vry useful to have a macro to insert the table into a tab on another spreadsheet which contains my data.
Please try the following workbook which contains your table, a macro and a button you click to copy the table to another workbook. The macro ask you to enter the workbook name. It would be a good thing to give the whole name of the workbook along with its extension like ".xlsx" or ".xls". Sometimes it works without the extension, sometimes it won't.
