if then else of ranges of a col that change the value of range of diff col values

What I am trying to to with vba

If a cell in the cell.range of H4:H59 = "ORDERS" or "PD/ORDERS" or "TBA/ORDERS"
then the corresponding cell in the same row of cell.range K4:K59 = DATA!Q6
else = DATA!Q5 (DATA!Q6 is the flag symbol of Wingdings font, Size 11, Red color, Bolded) I already formated the cell in the col.
* the flag symbol is DEC 79, or HEX 0x4F *

The row K you can select from a drop down list the flag symbol if you wish, but I wanted to make it automatic to the status chane in row H.
Also the drop down list for the orders col. show up as a blank which is fine, but the flag show up as an "o" which is supposed to be the flag. The same is true with Row F or EKG which gives you a blank or a heart, but you see a blank or a "Y" in the drop down list.
