Sort Rows Alphabetically Based on Cell In Row Data

Good Morning World!

Can anyone help a noob forum member out? I need rows sorted and a number applied to them afterwards.

I have several sheets that I would like to sort in the following manner (sheets titles SheetA, SheetB, and SheetC).

The details....

The rows contain information in them, from columns A to R, starting with Row 4. column B is the identifier for the row, column A is the row number key.

I would like to alphabetically sort all rows from row 4 and beyond. Sorting these rows from A-Z sorts based on the text found in column C, specifically cell C4 as row 4 is the start of the info. The data in the rows varies from 4 rows to row 10 and beyond.

Once sorted, it is possible to apply a number key to each row, appearing in column A, starting with row 4? For example the keys are , Row 4 is 1.00, Row 5 is 1.01, Row 6 is 1.02 for all rows which contain data. I attached a sheet to describe the data.

Any help from this loving community of brilliant people out there is much appreciated!

Is there a way to get the numbering system to increase by 1 for each sheet? For example, SheetA would be 1.00..., SheetB would be 2.00....SheetC would be 3.00....etc?
