    Charts and Conditional Formatting

With the help of another member here I was able to get my quoting spreadsheet to automatically copy from one sheet to other sheets based on the cell colors. Now I would like to make it a little more automated.

1st issue - I want to develop graphs based on the statuses of my quotes. I already have the graphs set up but the data gets replaced as the sheets are opening which throughs off my references. Is there a way to keep my graphs working?

2nd issue - I would like to use conditional formating to automatically color code the cells based on the dates entered. I have figured out how to do this but if it is done automatically the rows don't get copied into the appropriate worksheet based on color. If I mark them manually by clicking the appropriate conditional format button on the tool bar then they do get copied correctly. Any help will be appreciated.

My 1st issue is more important to me than the 2nd. Thanks in advance for the help.

I have attached a sample of my spreadsheet which includes the macros that I am using for copying my cells.

    Thanks,

    Steve
