I need to check for missing data in the attached file, using the SKU code (Column D), as well as the “Brand_Price” (Column E). The data in the 2 tabs is flipped meaning one record appears in multiple rows, I have highlighted one example (see attached sample file).
You will note that in ‘Sheet 2’ for the record ‘956711’, there are some values under Brand price that are 'blank' while in ‘Data 1’ they have values – This basically means someone did not update that SKU Code.
I would like to have a macro that checks in “Sheet1” under the “SKU_code” cross referencing the ‘Outlet code’ and returns results for cases with a null (empty) value i.e. if “Sheet 2” has a null value for SKU code for that particular Outlet code (956711) while in “Sheet1” it has a value, then the cell in the column should be highlighted.
The second bit, under column M, under “Total Stock”, if this value in “Sheet2” is greater than “Sheet1” by 50% or less than by 50% for the same record, then this should also be highlighted.

- Criteria 1 - Fill green - The record in sheet 1 does not completely exist in sheet 2 (Compare SKU Code – Column D in both sheets, cross reference with ‘Outlet Code’ in Column A)
- Criteria 2 - Fill grey - Record similar to Sheet 1exists in sheet 2 but has a null value (No Value)
- Criteria 3 - Fill Brown - The 'Total Stock' in sheet 1 should not be lower or greater by 50% of 'Total Stock' in sheet2 (Column M)
- Criteria 4 - No Fill - The record satisfies all criteria.
If the fills can be restricted to columns and not entire rows I will appreciate
