spllit and transpose data macro

I have a number of files where I need to take the first column and split it into two then insert them prior to or after column A. The only constant with these files, which can be hundreds of rows is that there is always a space between the identifier and the name in column A. I have attached a sample file for reference. Tried a lot of things but cannot seem to make this foolproof . . . :/
