How Can I make find/replace work ONLY with the selection

I want to use a find/replace formula to correct the #refs in formulas when certain sheets are deleted (and later re-imported).

Is there a way to do this with code? Every time I have triend, Excel finds/replaces everything on the worksheet. Essentially, I need to get this down just doing this within the selection.

Is there another way that maybe I'm not looking at?

you're code tags didnt work, so I fxed them for you

have you tried usung ctrl H (find and replace?)
    1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
    2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
